First, I listen to you.

Not just where it hurts, but to what’s been happening around it — your health, your history, your life, and the things that may be contributing to how your body feels.

Then, I listen with my hands.

Osteopathy allows me to feel how your body is moving, where it’s holding tension and how different areas may be influencing one another. Treatment is guided by what I find, and by how your body responds.

I’m Dr Erin Coffey, an osteopath with more than 15 years’ experience. My particular areas of interest include pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health and perimenopause, but The Lady Osteo is for everyone.

Sometimes you’ll come because something hurts. Sometimes because your body just doesn’t feel quite right.

And sometimes you might simply need somewhere to stop for a while.
